What should I do to prepare for the interview?

As a 100% remote company, we conduct our interviews via Google Meet. Please ensure that you have a working camera and a stable internet connection. Before meeting with us, we recommend reading the job description and preparing examples that showcase your previous experience in your field.

What is your contractual arrangement for remote team members?

Can I work from anywhere in the world?

You can be based anywhere within a 4-hour time difference from London (GMT) to work at Able, provided you do not require visa sponsorship for your country of residence.

How do you collaborate in a remote environment?

We utilize Slack and Google Meet to conduct regular team catch-ups and company meetings.

What does Unlimited PTO mean?

Our unlimited holiday policy allows Team Members to take as much leave as they need to rest, rejuvenate, or recover. This policy is built on mutual trust between Team Members and their managers, and all time off is fully paid.

What are the usual working hours?

We request that all Team Members be available between 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM London time for cross-department meetings. However, outside of this timeframe, you are free to plan your own schedule and work productively. Full-time contracts entail 40 hours per week.
